An overview of your responsibilities

responsibilities:

• You are responsible for HR operations and the operational implementation of HR policy across Kappa Data’s various offices, working closely with the group’s executive management.
• You serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on all human resources-related matters and ensure prompt and accurate follow-up.
• You manage the entire employee lifecycle: from onboarding to development, including performance reviews, internal career advancement, and departure. You actively contribute to retaining our talented employees.
• You support managers on HR matters and serve as a trusted advisor.
• You help standardize and optimize HR processes across different countries, while complying with local laws.
• You coordinate the operational management of human resources and payroll in collaboration with the local HR manager, payroll service providers, and external HR partners.
• You don’t need to be an expert in every country’s labor laws, but you know when to seek the appropriate external expertise and how to translate that advice into correct and pragmatic implementation.
• You oversee payroll processes and ensure the accuracy of HR management.
• You guide and support the recruitment process from start to finish. You closely follow up with candidates in a warm and professional manner, ensuring they retain a positive first impression of Kappa Data as an employer.
• You support performance management, talent development, and training initiatives.
• You ensure the alignment and harmonization of the HR approach across different countries.
• You regularly visit our international offices to support local employees and managers.

Profile :

You have several years of relevant experience in a similar human resources role, where you were responsible for both the interpersonal and operational aspects of HR. Experience in an international environment is a plus, but not required.

In addition, you identify with the following profile:

• You are a reliable, trustworthy, and discreet point of contact for employees and managers. Thanks to your empathy and communication skills, you easily build relationships based on trust.
• You are approachable, available, and take the time to listen to members of the organization.
• You have extensive knowledge of human resources and are comfortable with both the interpersonal and operational aspects of the field.
• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in human resources, business administration, psychology, labor law, or a related field.
• You are hands-on, well-organized, and ensure structured and rigorous follow-up on HR issues, files, and projects.
• You demonstrate responsibility, are proactive, and take a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.
• You enjoy working collaboratively with your colleagues and external partners, but you’re also able to work independently and set the right priorities.
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
• You are willing to travel to our international offices.
• Depending on where you live, you will work from our office in De Pinte (Belgium) or Lille (France).
