Confirmation and RMA number: You will receive a confirmation along with an RMA number.

In the absence of an RMA or valid license

Without an RMA number or an appropriate license, we will not be able to process your request. In such cases, we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly, who will take over the resolution of the issue.
