DESIGN & PROTOTYPING

We take your specifications into account or help you develop them so that we can work on a prototype for testing and validation.

CUSTOMIZATION

ExperTechno offers several types of customization options:

SERIES PRODUCTION

Once the product has been approved, we handle the production of small and medium-sized batches right here in our workshop

TESTING & QUALITY

Drawing on our experience as a manufacturer, our quality processes ensure complete customer satisfaction.

All products manufactured by ExperTechno undergo a testing process. Reports are then recorded and provided to the customer upon request.

SOFTWARE DEPLOYMENT

We can develop and deploy production-ready images based on most existing operating systems, including:

• Linux (all distributions), FreeBSD, …
• Android
• Microsoft Windows environments: Windows 7 through 10, Windows Embedded Standard 7 or 8, Windows 10 IoT, Windows Server 2008 or 2012.

Other services:

• sterilization, configuration
• automated testing, test reports
• the appliance is then delivered ready for use

PACKAGING

ExperTechno offers its customers customized packaging solutions:

• Cardboard boxes: double-wall, triple-wall
• Padding foam: preformed, shock-absorbing

At ExperTechno, we use recyclable materials that comply with current regulations to package our customers’ products. We are able to design custom packaging solutions.

After-Sales Service

We offer next-day after-sales service, including RMA inventory management and logistics support.

REMANUFACTURING

Drawing on our experience as a systems integrator, we make full use of our tracking tools, such as ticket generation, express exchange processing, inventory tracking, and shipping tracking.

To this end, we develop a set of specifications to ensure compliance with our clients’ requirements and procedures, which enables us to proactively offer solutions, always guided by the principle of continuous improvement.

We also participate in waste sorting, in accordance with environmental standards.

LOGISTICS

We provide logistics services to ship your finished products to your end customers. We also handle your after-sales service requests.

DEPLOYMENT

ExperTechno can handle the complete deployment of your large-scale projects, whether in France or internationally (we can also provide cables, manuals, stickers, and more).

SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION

ExperTechno can handle the configuration of your IT products, using the manufacturer’s standard processes.

HARDWARE INTEGRATION

REMANUFACTURING & REFURBISHING

Drawing on its experience as a manufacturer, ExperTechno handles the inspection and testing of your products, as well as their configuration.

ExperTechno also manages the reconditioning and/or refurbishment of your products.
